ZW8-12D/630A Outdoor High-voltage Intelligent Vacuum Circuit Breaker, 10KV Pole-mounted Watchdog Vacuum Switch

The ZW8-12 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a high-voltage outdoor switchgear with a rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50Hz, which is used for opening and closing load current, overload current and short-circuit current in agricultural power grids, urban power grids and small power systems. The product adopts a three-phase common tank structure, and the vacuum interrupter is placed in a metal tank, and phase-to-phase and ground-to-ground insulation are realized through SMC insulating materials. This circuit breaker is equipped with a CT23 type spring energy storage operating mechanism, supports electric, manual and operating, and can be matched with a disconnector to form a combined circuit breaker with visible breaks. The permanent magnet type adopts epoxy resin overall pouring solid insulation process, which has the characteristics of maintenance-free, and the outer insulation material has anti-pollution flashover and anti-ultraviolet properties. Its rated short-circuit breaking current reaches 20kA, and the intelligent version can be configured with automatic reclosing and over-current, inrush current, short-circuit three-stage composite protection, which is suitable for radial power supply systems and small hydropower grid-connected scenarios.

1. The overall structure is three-phase common tank type, the tank is usually filled with dry air, and the three-phase vacuum interrupters are placed in the metal tank. Phase-to-phase and ground-to-ground insulation can adopt SMC (sheet molding compound) insulating materials or composite insulation.

2. The vacuum interrupter usually adopts a ceramic shell, with a cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure inside, and the contact material is copper-chromium alloy.

3. The spring operating mechanism is usually equipped with a CT23 type spring energy storage operating mechanism, which can realize electric energy storage, electric opening and closing, and can also perform manual energy storage and manual opening and closing operations, with a mechanical life of up to 10,000 times.

4. The external insulation of the insulation system is mainly realized by the silicone rubber high-voltage bushing injected outside the incoming and outgoing line conductive rods, which has strong pollution resistance (adapt to Grade III pollution environment). The internal insulation is mainly composite insulating materials.

5. The conductive circuit is composed of incoming and outgoing line conductive rods, static and dynamic end conductive plates, conductive clamps and vacuum interrupters.

6. The current transformer is an optional configuration, and 2 to 6 built-in bushing current transformers can be installed, with a transformation ratio range such as 50/5 to 1000/5.

7. Configurable accessories and options. According to user needs, the circuit breaker can be equipped with a variety of accessories: the operating mechanism includes a manual operating mechanism or an electric operating mechanism; the protection and control unit includes an anti-inrush current feeder protection device, a reclosing controller (which can realize 1-3 times automatic reclosing), and an intelligent controller (with over-current, instantaneous short-circuit, small current grounding and other protection functions); the measuring elements include built-in bushing current transformers and external or built-in voltage transformers; other electrical appliances include arresters that can be installed on the incoming and outgoing line sides, and disconnectors that form combined electrical appliances in series with the circuit breaker and have reliable mechanical interlock between them. The tank body is specially treated for rust prevention, and fine-pore silica gel desiccant is installed at the bottom, which needs to be replaced when its color fades

This product supports the "four remote" (telemetry, tele-signaling, tele-control, tele-adjustment) functions, and can cooperate with FTU to realize distribution network automation and SCADA system monitoring.
